Meet The Face Behind Your Taxi Link

I’m Nema Abbasey, the proud owner of Your Taxi Link. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Right from the start, I was always interested in business and entrepreneurship. I also have twenty years of taxi driving experience. Hence, I combined my understanding of the taxi business and desire to be an equal opportunity employer and created Your Taxi Link. A taxi company focused on customer service.

As one of London, Ontario’s, newer taxi services, we are growing every day. Especially since the launch of our loyalty card program, in which you can earn points that you can redeem for every ride. With the ride-sharing companies coming in, this, along with our superior customer service, has made all the difference.

The parts of my work that I most enjoy are the many chances I get to help people. It’s a great feeling when I arrange for drivers to get customers to their desired location. My philosophy is to promote positive experiences for customers, drivers, and my dispatch staff.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is I like to operate as if we are all a close-knit family. I also attribute my success to my compassion and ability to deal with various intense scenarios as and when they arise.

Updating our entire dispatch system, changing our color scheme, and rebranding as Your Taxi Link has given me immense satisfaction.

When I am not at work, I have a few different hobbies and pursuits that keep me busy. However, I most enjoy watching and playing soccer when time permits.

I also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, support charities that help refugees.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
