Waited way to long for the car to arrive. There were three other cars in the area who refused to take the call. What ever happened to first in first out, no choice to take the call. I ended up being late for work. I have used your services many times without this problem.

I had issues starting my vehicle and the gentleman who took the time to help was very respectful and kind, helped with no hesitation. Came very quickly in a snow storm .

I had an amazing experience with cab driver 222 on May 9th at 1:30 he was by far the best taxi driver I’ve ever had through out my entire experience. I did not catch his name but he was so friendly, genuine and made great conversation and was a very cautious driver. He definitely deserves a lot of appreciation. On the other hand on my way back from my destination I had a different cab driver number 217 at about 2:50/3 pm as soon as he arrived the meter was already charging me prior to me being in the car starting at $6, I kindly mentioned that the rate was higher then usual and he had said that’s the new starting rate due to gas prices being so high. I definitely understand that gas prices are high but I had said that I take Your Taxi often and had taken one on the way there and the rate was not nearly that high. He then got very rude and said “okay then do you want to wait longer for another cab you will still have to pay the rate anyways” I just decided to proceed with my trip. I then told him the address I was going to, he didn’t want to do it himself so he then got me to put the address in his GPS as I was still being charged while we haven’t even left yet. As he was driving he was not paying attention to the traffic laws and almost caused several altercations on the street almost causing accidents. He did not pay attention or listen at all and was very short tempered. I then payed 47$ and mentioned I had a loyalty card and let him know prior to me paying (I understand the loyalty card is done after the payment but wanted to let him know ahead of time) he then got very rude and said very loudly “ Well you have to pay first I’m not giving you a free ride do you even have the points to redeem this trip for that” I had told him I just wanted to receive points for the trip and got all mad and frustrated that he had to give the loyalty card points for the trip.
